Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay!
Please do not go directly to your campsite. Please, always, Check-in at the Office (Farmhouse).
If you arrive at the Office (Farmhouse) during business hours and the door is locked, there is a phone number up for you to contact.
Daily rate is based on (1) unit per campsite and up to (4) people per unit. The charge for extra people is $5.00/per person per night [no matter what age].
Extra charge and approval required before putting a tent on site with an RV.Ample parking is provided on site. Please do not park on the grass, in the road or on other sites.
Visitors must register at the Farmhouse and receive a Car Pass.
Speed Limit inside the campground is 9 MPH at all times!!
NO motorized scooters, hover boards, 4-wheelers or battery-operated children’s vehicles are allowed in the campground.
Golf carts are allowed; owner must register the cart with staff at the Farmhouse! VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED TO OPERATE A GOLF CART!
Each person renting a site is required to keep the area clean and tidy. All garbage must be placed in trash can provided on site. Only items fitting in trash bags can be picked up! Trash is picked up daily.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety and actions of their children at all times. Children are not to be left unattended while in the campground, at the bath house, playground, fishing lake or campsite.
Don’t set grills on picnic tables.
Campfires are allowed in fire rings provided. Don’t leave a fire burning unattended! DON’T MOVE FIRE RINGS for any reason! $25.00 fine and/or asked to leave for moving one!!!
Don’t cut limbs or trees!
Disturbing noise is not permitted at any time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m.Pets must be supervised, on leash and picked up after while in the campground to include your designated site. $25.00 fine and/or asked to leave for not picking up!! A continually barking dog will not be tolerated at any time.
All buildings and pool are smoke-free. Don’t throw cigarette butts on the ground. All buildings are pet free.
Pool rules are posted and must be strictly followed. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No pets are allowed in pool area! The following are not allowed in the pool area: Large floats, sport balls, or water guns over 7 inches!
NO SWIMMING or BOATING in the Fishing Lake! Catch and release. No barb hooks! Please feed the ducks ONLY at the lake NOT on your site.
No public display of alcohol. All varieties/forms of controlled substances, firearms, fireworks or explosives are prohibited!
Washing of cars, boats or campers is prohibited without prior approval and payment of fee.
We reserve the right to select our clientele and visitors. Everyone staying/visiting at the campground is expected to abide by the rules. Fees will not be returned to anyone asked to leave for non-compliance of campground rules.

Early Departure and Cancellation Policy: If you prefer to receive a refund, cancellations requested 7 days prior to the reserved stay will receive a refund less a $25.00 service fee. Cancellations requested less than 7 days will receive a refund less a one (1) night’s charge. If you did reserve online, the Online Booking Fee of $2.00 is non-refundable. No refund or Camp Credit given for early departure or late arrivals! Since camping is an outdoor experience, no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
If your reservation date needs to be changed, you may change the reservation to another date. Should you need to cancel your entire reservation, without penalty, you may receive a Camp Credit to be used at a later date. Please call (336) 853-4567 during office hours [Daily from 9:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.] to make any changes to your reservation.
